Organizes community events such as Halloween celebrations, Christmas hayride, Easter egg hunt and block parties to bring neighbors together. 

Selects and highlights homes with standout landscaping to recognize residents who help keep Quail Walk looking great. 

Maintains and improves the entrance islands with light landscaping, weeding, planting, and general upkeep. 

Reviews exterior home changes to ensure they meet neighborhood guidelines and help preserve property values.
