Quail Walk HOA Annual Meeting was Sunday, September 27

😊 President's Update

It's fall and we have a full board ready to keep working to improve our neighborhood! Thanks to those who came to our annual meeting and picnic on September 27. It's so much easier to connect and share ideas in person than just in our Facebook group!

"Yard of the Month" awards will be wrapped up in October and then we'll have our holiday decoration awards in December. If you ever had a recommendation for someone who has a great yard, feel free to email QuailWalkHOA@gmail.com and we'll check it out!

As always, thank you for helping make our community better. If you’re interested in getting involved, we’d love to have you join us. We especially need volunteers to help with holiday activities and decor, but you can check out all of our member committees HERE.

As mentioned before, please note that if you have dues that are still owed, interest has been added, and we are working with an attorney to help collect past due amounts from previous years to get things all caught up. You are welcome to reach out to us at any time with questions.

Community Beautification

We need neighbor help! We want to focus on the landscaping on the islands at each entrance to the subdivision as a great way to make an immediate, visible difference.

Whether you’re able to help with planting, weeding, or general upkeep, we’d love to have you join us.

Holidays and Events

We’re looking for neighbors who want to help bring fun and seasonal spirit to Quail Walk throughout the year. Is this you?? We’d love your help! The HOA board has established a Seasonal Decor Committee and an Activities Committee to plan neighborhood events like Halloween, the Christmas hayride, and seasonal decorating at entrances.

If you enjoy organizing events, decorating, or just want to help spread a little cheer, we’d love to have you on the team. To volunteer or get more information, email QuailWalkHOA@gmail.com. Let’s make the holidays in Quail Walk fun, welcoming, and memorable for everyone!

Community Safety

We work together to keep our neighborhood safe! Please use our Facebook group to share concerns about solicitors, reports from your security cameras, etc.

If you have specific concerns or ideas to help, please feel free to contact the HOA Board at QuailWalkHOA@gmail.com. We are volunteers with busy lives but we try to send responses within 24 hours to 36 hours.

2026 Assessments Now Due

$100 assessment payments were due March 31, 2026. Postcards were mailed near the end of January with reminders sent in March. If you didn't receive those, please reach out so we can check the address files.

Payments can be made by check, cash or money order, or online via our payment page. Online payments will automatically charge the processing fee of $3.62. This is not going to the HOA--it goes directly to the credit card processor. Reminder, the Venmo account used previously is no longer active. Do not use!

Please note that past due accounts are subject to legal action including a lien placed on the property.

2026 Annual Member's Meeting

The 2026 Annual Meeting was held on Sunday, September 27, outside at 2500 NE Quail Walk Trail. Members gathered for a meal at 5:30 PM, followed by the meeting at 6 PM. We provided updates on HOA projects, goals, and financials, and held elections for open board positions. Nominations were accepted both before and during the meeting and we have a full board for 2026-2027.
