It's almost fall, and that means our annual back to school ice cream night! Sunday evening, August 16 from 6:30-7:30 in the culdesac on Remington Ct. Come out for a free ice cream treat, meet some new neighbors and catch up with others! It's a good idea to bring your lawn chairs, and maybe a favorite yard game if you'd like to play!
Our first two "Yard of the Month" winners have been given out, with their prizes! We're looking forward to highlighting more great looking yards in the coming months!
As always, thank you for helping make our community better. If you’re interested in getting involved, we’d love to have you join us.
If you have dues that are still owed, interest has been added, and we are working with an attorney to help collect past due amounts from previous years to get things all caught up. You are welcome to reach out to us at any time with questions.
Please remember to share questions or concerns with the board as a whole at QuailWalkHOA@gmail.com (rather than messaging individual board members) We’d love to hear from you!
Aug 16 - Ice Cream Social - 6:30-7:30 PM
Sept 20 - Annual Member Meeting (with hot dog dinner before) - 5:30 - 7:00 PM

We’re looking for neighbors who want to help bring fun and seasonal spirit to Quail Walk throughout the year. Is this you?? We’d love your help! The HOA board has established a Seasonal Decor Committee and an Activities Committee to plan neighborhood events like Halloween, the Christmas hayride, and seasonal decorating at entrances.
If you enjoy organizing events, decorating, or just want to help spread a little cheer, we’d love to have you on the team. To volunteer or get more information, email QuailWalkHOA@gmail.com. Let’s make the holidays in Quail Walk fun, welcoming, and memorable for everyone!
We work together to keep our neighborhood safe! Please use our Facebook group to share concerns about solicitors, reports from your security cameras, etc.
If you have specific concerns or ideas to help, please feel free to contact the HOA Board at QuailWalkHOA@gmail.com. We are volunteers with busy lives but we try to send responses within 24 hours to 36 hours.
$100 assessment payments were due March 31, 2026. Postcards were mailed near the end of January with reminders sent in March. If you didn't receive those, please reach out so we can check the address files.
Payments can be made by check, cash or money order, or online via our payment page. Online payments will automatically charge the processing fee of $3.62. This is not going to the HOA--it goes directly to the credit card processor. Reminder, the Venmo account used previously is no longer active. Do not use!
Please note that past due accounts are subject to legal action including a lien placed on the property.
For more information about how to pay, please reference the HOA Assessments web page here.
The HOA Covenants & Restrictions dictate that assessments are used for "promoting the recreation, health, safety, and welfare of the residents... and for the maintenance, repair and services... and for any other purpose which is necessary or desirable for the maintenance and improvement of the Property or which is of general benefit to the Owners and occupants."
The bulk of the expenses each calendar year are to maintain the entrances to our neighborhood, including mowing, irrigation, electricity, and other related costs. In 2026, the board is scheduled to repair the damaged neighborhood sign at the entrance to the east island.
If you have questions about where your money is going, please feel free to contact the HOA Board at QuailWalkHOA@gmail.com and we'd be happy to share more information.
The 2025 Annual Meeting was held on Sunday, September 28, outside at 2500 NE Quail Walk Trail. Members gathered for a meal at 5:30 PM, followed by the meeting at 6 PM. We provided updates on HOA projects, goals, and financials, and held elections for open board positions. Nominations were accepted both before and during the meeting and we have a full board moving forward! Thank you to everyone who attended and participated in helping keep our neighborhood strong and active. Meeting minutes may be reviewed here.
