No matter which method you use to pay (see below),
make sure to note your Quail Walk address in the memo section
so that the HOA Treasurer knows how to correctly apply your payment.
Simply schedule a repeating annual bill payment for any date in February or March through your online account on the bank's website. Your bank will automatically cut a check every year, and you can (pretty much) rest assured that your dues will be mailed by the bank before the March 31 deadline.
This option is for the frugal homeowner who doesn't like to spend ANY money unnecessarily, because there's usually no cost to you: no check printing, envelopes or stamps. Plus you don't have to remember when and where to send your payment. After the first year, it's automatic!
Write a check made payable to the Quail Walk HOA and mail it to the address above before the March 31 deadline.
This option is for the homeowner who likes to have total (manual) control of their finances and doesn't like payments going out unless they write them down in their check register first.
While the Quail Walk HOA will accept cash or money orders, they're highly discouraged. The reason for this is because if payment isn't received by the March 31 deadline, it's difficult for the homeowner to trace the $$$ to provide proof of payment. If you have a bank account, please consider the Bill Pay thru Your Bank option instead.
Online payments can be made, HERE. If you pay online, please include your full name & Quail Walk address in the additional information box. This is so that we can properly credit your payment.
Please note, online payments will automatically charge the processing fee of $3.62. This is not going to the HOA--it goes directly to the credit card processor.
The Venmo account used previously is no longer active. Do not use!
